The beautiful kitchen is adjacent to the living and dining areas and is equipped with granite countertops, Viking gas range and beautiful wood cabinets. A separate cozy eating nook with 2nd gas fireplace and access to the front deck completes the picture on the main floor.

The heating source is either gas forced air or in-floor radiant heat. The master bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with jetted tub and double sinks. The additional bedrooms are either on the third or ground floor with shared bathrooms. The full size washer and dryer and 1-car garage come standard with each unit.
