Resort Features: Trappeur's Crossing Resort & Spa is located a short distance from Gondola Square for Skiing enthusiasts and/or summer Gondola rides and biking. During the winter-season, our on-call shuttle service is provided for skiers, shoppers, diners wanting to venture into town or around the mountain. The beauty and comfort of our premier resort is comprised of six lodges circling the amenity center which offers our guests exclusive services and amenities, including a gym, indoor/outdoor pool, sauna, tennis courts, large conference room w/ kitchen, gathering area in the main lobby for small or large groups, business center, concierge services and our boutique spa 'The Spa at Trappuer's' for the pampering you deserve. Complimentary Wireless Internet service is also provided throughout the resort. Our reception/check-in desk for all six lodges is located in the main lobby of the Amenity Center with full-time staff to meet your every need. 


Lodging Features: This ground-floor condo, located in beautiful Timberline Lodge, is nestled next to the indoor/outdoor heated pool and our resort amenity center. If you want to entertain friends and family, this condo has a fully equipped kitchen, bar sitting area, large dining/living room area with a gas fireplace. The quality furnishings and views will make you feel very special in this mountain condo retreat. Or if you prefer, you can take a break from your busy schedule and just sit back, relax and enjoy the indoors. Are there any other fees beyond the total price?

What are the fees in "taxes and fees"?
Typical fees included in the total price are post departure housekeeping and resort fees (for things like golf, fitness facilities). There are no additional fees charged by PackLate.
Is there a security deposit?
SECURITY DEPOSIT PROTECTION PLAN: The Property Manager reservations have the benefit of an optional CSA Insurance Services’ Security Deposit Protection at a cost of $25 to cover minor damages that may occur during your stay. This insurance plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $500.00. Any damages that exceed $500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our Rental Properties, an Insured Person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of $500. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Security Deposit Protection coverage are contained in the Certificate of Insurance or Insurance Policy. The Security Deposit Protection can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. Please contact the Property manager directly if you do wish to participate in this plan or assignment. The Property Manager authorizes all credit cards for $250 at check-in. If you participate in the Security Deposit Protection plan, the Property Manager will not require the $250 credit card authorization. A credit card imprint is always required at check-in. Reporting Damage: Please note any damage to the rental unit upon your arrival and report it immediately to our office to avoid possible liability. If any loss or damage occurs during your stay, you must notify us immediately in order for the Security Deposit Protection to apply. We inspect every rental unit after each guest’s departure. If unreported loss or damage is discovered after your stay, you will be charged an amount deemed appropriate by the Property manager necessary to cover all costs associated with the damages caused by your party.
