Private Pool Heating

As is typical for Orlando area vacation rentals, pool heating is optional and particularly from May - October, usually is not necessary. If you desire pool heat, additional charges of $25 - $45 per day apply and are paid directly to the property manager. Please contact the property manager for details 36 hours prior to arrival. Property Protection Fee: A non-refundable Property Protection Fee of $69 inclusive of tax is included in your price for your convenience and peace of mind. Whilst you remain responsible for any damages that are not covered under this program, prepayment of this fee, due when the balance is payable, ensures that you will not be charged for damages that are clearly accidental and of an incidental nature (up to $3,000 maximum). Note, key(s)/card(s) can only be issued once we have received a copy of your credit card and photo ID, and the person registering is at least 21 years of age.
