Beautiful 4-Bedroom, 4 Bath, contemporary home on the Pacific Ocean. Fully
furnished with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation. Rentals come with a housekeeper two days per week.

Just 10 minutes from Jaco, Hermosa Palms is a luxury beachfront community complete with 24 hr security and the best beaches in the area. Great place for families and surfers and very safe. This new home also comes with a washer/dryer, carport, outdoor grill, cable TV and internet access. Maid service is also available. For your enjoyment there is also a large community pool and clubhouse. A short walk south on the beach, you will find one of the protected turtle hatcheries run by the Costa Rican government. The volunteers there are very friendly and knowledgeable and if your timing is good, you might have the opportunity to watch the turtle hatchlings make their first march to the sea!

When you are ready to venture out for some nightlife and fantastic restaurants, the beach town of Jaco is only a 10-minute drive away. In Jaco you can spend countless hours shopping for local treasures, trying your luck at the four casinos or perhaps relax in an outdoor cafe and watch the world go by!

Other activities not to be missed are the zip line experience through the tropical rain forest located near Los Suenos. A world-class golf course at the Marriott designed by Ted Robinson provides 18 holes of golf with unparalleled panoramic scenery. Discovery Horse tours will take you on an unforgettable journey into the mountains where you will see waterfalls and have the opportunity to swim in a tropical lagoon. Fishermen will not want to miss the chance to try their hand at sport fishing and boats are available from half day to full day charters.

Are there any other fees beyond the total price?

The total price includes everything. There may, however, be a security deposit. Please see the other frequently asked question for details.

What are the fees in "taxes and fees"?

Typical fees included in the total price are post departure housekeeping and resort fees (for things like golf, fitness facilities). There are no additional fees charged by PackLate.

Is there a security deposit?

SECURITY DEPOSIT: The security deposit will be in the amount of $1000 (One Thousand US dollars) paid to the AGENCY at the guests’ arrival to the Property. The security deposit will be paid in Cash or via Visa credit card (a HOLD – NOT a charge). The security deposit will be fully refunded to the guests subject to the following inspection at check out: - The property is in the same condition as it was delivered to the Renter and no damage has occurred beyond regular wear and tear. - No items are missing or broker from the property. An inventory list can be provided upon request. - We provide cleaning services post check-out. In unusually circumstances where the property is abnormally dirty, we will assess an extra deep cleaning fee of $50-$100. - All windows and doors are locked and closed. - No extraordinary fees or charges are incurred due to the collection of rent on the lease or the result of enforcement of the lease agreement. - All keys, garage or other remote controls, security passes, bracelets and security cards are turned in at the office. Lost keys and controls are very expensive to replace and Renters will be charged a minimum $100 fee to re-key the house and replace lost items. - An authorized representative of the AGENCY will inspect the property after the departure of the RENTERS. Deposits will be returned in full once the above noted items have been observed, typically within 3 business days of departure unless there is an unforeseen event or damage needs to be assessed. Should any of the private property included in the furnished property be missing or damaged by the said “check out date”, the damages will be assessed and charged for accordingly from the funds of the security deposit. If the Security deposit does not cover the damage to the property and return the property to the condition it was in prior to check-in, the Renter agrees to pay the difference to Rent Costa Rica Homes in full within 7 business days.
