Is there a security deposit?

The Property Manager requires a $250 security deposit or a signed credit card authorization in lieu of the deposit upon arrival. A credit card impression will be taken at the Property Manager's office upon check-in. This security deposit is used to cover any damages, extra cleaning or telephone charges during your stay. Security deposits will be destroyed 30 days from departure if unit has not incurred charges.

How do I book?
