What are the fees in "taxes and fees"?

Typical fees included in the total price are post departure housekeeping and resort fees (for things like golf, fitness facilities). There are no additional fees charged by PackLate.

Is there a security deposit?

At the time of booking, you will receive a Security Deposit Form that must be returned to the Property Manager within 7 days of booking. The Property Manager will authorize but not charge your card for a security deposit in case there is damage to the Rental Unit. The Amount of the charge is $300 for most homes and $500 for the larger homes. SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUND AGREEMENT: Violation of any of these conditions could result in deduction or forfeiture of your security deposit: (1) Missing or broken inventory, rearranging or moving furniture; (2) Any damages requiring repair(s); (3) Tenants must leave unit in order, including dishes being washed & put away. Washing of linens not required. Charges for excessive dirtiness or any damage to the unit or its contents will be deducted; (4) Evidence of pet – NO PETS ALLOWED; (5) Evidence that the maximum allowed number of people in unit has been exceeded; (6) Late check-out without office authorization; (7) All keys are to be returned to our office by 11:00AM A $15.00 per key charge will be assessed for keys not returned to our office. Replacement cost will be charged for electric garage door openers not returned to our office. A re-key charge will be assessed if two or more sets of keys are lost. Re-entry into unit after turning in keys is trespassing; (8) A service charge will be assessed to mail any personal belongings left after your stay; (9) Security Deposit will be returned within 21 days providing no damage or loss of inventory
